To the Owner of Computer Shack,
We want to thank you for the extraordinary service you gave us when our computer went down. We use this computer to feed our cows, and they could not eat grain as long as the computer was not functioning. You came to our rescue! We came in late in the day, on a Friday, and you went the extra mile for us, by working beyond your normal hours to get us up and running again.
